Megh Villa Availability
You may be asked to leave the property if the following rules are not followed:
Check-in/out:
- Check-in 1:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM
Noise Restrictions:
- Please refrain from playing music outside the villa after 11 PM. You may play inside the villa at low volume with windows and doors closed
- Lower the volume immediately if the manager requests, as there may be neighbor complaints.
- Pool use is prohibited after 10 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors & for safety.
🏊 Swimming Pool Rules:
- Pool Timing: 8 AM to 10 PM (Due to noise & safety restrictions)
- No jumping or diving
- No smoking, drinking, or eating in the pool
- No stunts
- Don’t damage the pool filter
- No garbage in the pool
- No sharp objects (may damage the pool)
🐾 Pet Policy:
- Pets not allowed.
🚬 Smoking & Alcohol:
- Allowed inside the property compound but not in the pool or inside the villa.
- Smoke in designated area at back, outside villa.
- Dispose of ash, cigarette butts, and bottles in dustbins
- Creating a mess, causing damage, or disrespecting staff/neighbors will not be tolerated
🎉 Parties:
- No parties or events allowed (residential area)
- We cater mainly to families. If you’re looking to party hard, please book an isolated place instead.
💔 Damages:
- Please treat property as your own
- Report any damages immediately
- Minimum Rs. 5000/- fine or repair cost (whichever is higher)
⚠️ Prohibited Activities:
- Drugs (buying, selling, carrying, using, or consuming)
- Any activities illegal under Indian law

👥 Extra Guests:
- Rs. 1000/- per guest per night beyond 12 guests (above 5 years)

Standard/Moderate Cancellation Policy:
- In case a Guest has booked online on the website, he/ she is entitled to a full refund if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
- Any bookings made on public holidays, weekends, festival dates, the cancellation period will be 30 days
- If the Guest cancels within 15 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
- If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.
